Sarah started her career in the security sector with G4S Gurkha Services supporting the MOD PDT and CPNI contracts. It was during this time that Sarah first worked with FSI on the PDT contract.

Sarah went on to provide security contract management at a wide range of sites nationwide including Nuclear and Coal Power Stations, Corporate Buildings and construction sites. In 2015 Sarah moved to Wilson James Ltd where she worked as the Operations and Strategy Manager for the security, logistics and reception contract at a CPNI site in London.

Sarah has achieved both PRINCE 2 Project Management and IOSH qualifications and has over 15 years experience in the security sector, winning the Contract Manager of the Year award at the 2018 Security & Fire Safety Excellence Awards, in recognition of the high standards and quality management of the contracts in her charge.  

Sarah moved to FSI in April 2024 where she took on the role of Head of Corporate Accounts, focussing on and managing projects in national infrastructure, historical London residence and HNW clients.
