The Ex-Forces in Business Awards is the world's largest celebration of ex-military in second careers - recognising the value veterans add to businesses as well as the employers that support the transition of servicemen and women.
The awards which were held on the 29th June 2023 in the Great Room of Grosvenor House had over 1200 business and military leaders present to celebrate 20 winners from over 800 nominations.
Managing Director Dan O'Donnell said, "I was both astonished and humbled to have been recognised with the Business Leader of the Year (SME) award...My huge thanks to the incredible team at FSI, both front-line staff and HQ staff, that tirelessly create the conditions for our continued success. It was an inspiring evening all round, the highlight of which was undoubtedly the mesmerising speech from Hari Budha Magar regarding his recent ascent of Everest."
